If your goods arrive damaged or faulty please contact our customer services department within 7 days of delivery to arrange an exchange or refund, telephone 01422 203963. Please note that we reserve the right to request proof that the item was damaged or faulty on delivery. In the event that we deem it necessary to exchange your item under these circumstances we will deliver the replacement item and collect the original item at our cost. We regret that claims for damage cannot be accepted outside this initial 7 day period. Your goods are covered by the manufacturers 12 months guarantee, this covers the cost of parts and labour should a repair be necessary; if a fault develops within 12 months please contact our service agent, Repair Care, to arrange a repair, telephone 0844 8797422. If, within 7 days of delivery, you decide that you do not wish to keep the item you have the right to return it for a full refund, please contact our customer services department, telephone 01422 203963, to get a returns authorisation number - please note, the item should be returned to us unused and in its original packaging. When the item is received back at our premises and we have confirmed that it is unused and in saleable condition we will refund the cost of the item via the original payment channel, any costs you may incur returning the item under these circumstances will not be reimbursed.
