Before placing any orders, please ensure that you have read the specifications closely as some items may not be suitable for your appliance. If you are unsure, please email your enquiry to info@crosslee.co.uk, making sure you include the model and serial number from your appliance† and we will be happy to advise you.

†Dryers - The model and serial numbers can be found on a sticker just inside the dryer door (e.g. Model No. CL 372WV, Serial No. 0124 123456). The model number can also be found on the rating plate on the rear of the machine.

Electric Fires - The model and serial numbers can be found on sticker either on the front of the appliance, or by the light fitting. (e.g Model No. C603R, Serial No. 0246 234567).
